Acceptable Use Policy

• Use Motimi for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual-property rights, defames others, or violates privacy rights.
• Upload child sexual abuse material (CSAM), terrorist content, or content that incites violence — such material is reported to authorities and the account is permanently banned.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, or impersonate any person.
• Attempt to break, disrupt, reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service or its security.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without written permission (see our security contact below).
• Use the Service to send spam, malware, or any automated mass-messaging.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without our written consent.
• Use the Service to develop a competing product or to train AI/ML models on our content.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the Service.
• Circumvent any access, rate-limit, or paywall restriction.

If you discover a security vulnerability, please disclose it responsibly to hello@getmotimi.com before sharing publicly. We commit to acknowledging within 5 business days and not pursuing legal action against good-faith researchers who follow this process.

We may, at our sole discretion, remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate any account that violates this AUP, with or without notice. Severe or repeated violations result in permanent bans.
