Motimi (operated by Bizvouch LLC, 1450 Justin Road, Lewisville, TX 75077, USA) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe content on Motimi infringes your copyright, you can submit a notice under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws.

1. Filing a DMCA notice

Send a written notice to hello@getmotimi.com that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The exact URL or location of the allegedly infringing material on Motimi.
  • Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner (or authorized to act on behalf of the owner).

Note: Misrepresentations in a DMCA notice may make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

2. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to hello@getmotimi.com containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material removed and where it appeared.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the US, in our jurisdiction).

3. Repeat infringers

We will terminate accounts of users we determine, in our sole discretion, to be repeat infringers.
