Delete your account
Delete from inside the app
Sign in to Motimi, open the Me tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete account. You'll be asked to confirm. The deletion is immediate and permanent.
What gets deleted
- Your login (email + password / Google identity)
- Your profile, faith profile, and settings
- All daily entries, journal items, goals, and growth proofs
- Notification preferences and email history
- Subscription record (cancel separately in the billing portal first if you want a refund window)
What we keep
We may retain minimal records required by law (e.g. tax/payment logs held by Stripe) for the period required by applicable regulation. Nothing personal remains accessible inside Motimi after deletion.
Can't sign in?
If you can no longer access your account, email hello@getmotimi.com from the address on the account and we'll process the deletion manually within 30 days.
